Baked Escargots With Butter Sauce
Featuring GroXers Premium Escargots

Ingredients
1 can of Groxers Premium Escargots
380g Unsalted Butter
5 Cloves Chopped Garlic
2 Cloves Chopped Shallots
Chopped Parsley
Salt & Pepper to taste
36 Escargot Shell

Directions
Step 1 : Strain and Clean contents from can.
Step 2 : Put into shells
Step 3 : Prepare butter sauce
Melt Butter and sauté all ingredient till fragrant.
Bring Sauce to boil.
Step 4 : Pour Sauce over Escargots and bake for 30 minutes in convection oven at 250 degrees.
Step 5 : Sprinkle with Japanese Breadcrumbs & Red Crushed Pepper for added oomph.

Ready to Serve 6 Pax.
